Thomas C. (Tom) BROWNLEE was born 21 May 1935 in Carnwath, Scotland. He was a Scottish professional footballer and played centre forward.
Tom Brownlee's career began at Broxburn Athletic Football Club. In September 1956, he moved to England, to play with Walsall. His next club was with York City, Workington in June 1959 in an exchange deal with Gus Alexander. He then played non-league for Netherfield between 1961 and 1964. In January 1965 he went to Bradford City, where he was the club's top goal-scorer in 1964–1965, scoring 14 goals in just 18 games.
