James Brownlee, cab proprietor[1] born circa 1856[2] in Antrim Ireland[3] and married at Glebe on 14 August 1925[4] to Eliza (formerly) McGrath, (late) Carrick born circa 1863 in Sydney[5]. Lived at 100 Hereford Street, Glebe at 15 September 1925[6].

They had issue:

1. Eliza(beth) Brownlee born 14 November 1895[7] at Cowper Street, Glebe[8]

2. James Brownlee born circa 1897[9] at Glebe.

3. Margaret Brownlee born circa 1900[10] at Glebe.
