Alexander Brownlee born 1727 Edinburgh; watchmaker; Jacobite, residence Edinburgh. Parent: Archibald Brownlee. Alexander was transported May 5 1747 from Liverpool to the Leeward Islands in the ship "Veteran"  arriving Martinique June 1747. (Culloden prisoner)

Brownlie, Robert, born 1737, labourer, residence Perthshire. Immigrated May 1775 from Greenock to New York in the ship "Monimia"
